In Chapter 27, Maniac teaches Grayson how to read. Many adults in our society have never learned to read, There are a lot of reasons why a person might never have learned to read. Why do you think a person may not have learned how to read? How would you begin teaching an adult how to read?
I think a person didn't learn how to read because there parints didn't make them go to school or they tryed and didn't understand it.Some people might not go to school because they might not have a family to go home to at the end of the day and they might get embarrassed about it. This how I would start to teach a grown up how to read. I would tell the reader to read the back of the book and if the back of the book makes sense that is a good book to read.I would start the reader out on a lower lave book.these are some ideas of to start out reading.
